Mistakes happen. Life happens. Things happen.

Still, there’s a wild amount of preparation we can do for the next curveball life throws at us!

One of my favorite exercises for “prepping” your business involves visually taking stock of your processes and systems so you can later quantify their strengths and weaknesses.

That way, you can see the “weakest link” in your business and be ready when (not if) it breaks.
