Contract Role
We’re seeking a small business that provides graphic, thumbnail, and Elementor web design services. This is an independent contractor contract position. Deliverables we’re seeking include:
- (Weekly) Design of two creative thumbnails for a YouTube video, optimized for click-through rate.
- (Weekly) Review the performance of previous YouTube thumbnails to identify opportunities for improvement.
- (As-needed, typically monthly) Use provided copy and analytics to design or update performance-optimized sales and landing pages in Elementor.
- (As-needed, typically quarterly) Design worksheets and slide decks in Canva.
- (As-needed, typically quarterly) Develop a collection social media banners or promotional assets for a campaign or workshop.

Later this year, we will be hiring a driven and goal-oriented Marketing Manager to develop, manage, and analyze all marketing efforts and resources at ProcessDriven.
We’ve tried crossing our fingers (and toes!) hoping for the perfect person to come along. 😜 Since that hasn’t worked out yet, here’s a quick peek at who we’re seeking for this hands-on generalist role:
- You’ve built marketing teams from scratch for multi-million dollar online brands. You’re a seasoned manager.
- You pair creativity with deep first-hand knowledge in SEO, YouTube, email marketing, funnel design, marketing automation, brand positioning, graphic/web design, and copywriting.
- You don’t just know all the common strategies (and funnels) used in online business… you’ve personally designed and executed successful digital courses, products, or membership sales campaigns with your own two hands!
