COURSE curriculum
When you join ProcessDriven Foundations™, you’ll get access to either the How to ClickUp or How to SmartSuite mini course AND our in-depth Foundations course.
The in-depth Foundations course is where you’ll learn how to set up your work management tool and build a foundation (get it?) of processes for your business. The following lessons are included in the Foundations™ course:
Module 1: Map Your Process

Module 3: Equip Your Process
Module 4: Processing the Real World
Module 5: Resources
Module 1: Map Your Process
In this first module, we’ll show you how to define what your organization actually does by creating processes. Then, we’ll practice it together by defining (and refining) your process for getting work done, also called Capacity Defense™.
During this Module, you’ll be introduced step-by-step to our Process Org Chart™ exercise for defining all of the processes and systems inside your organization.
Module 2: Build Your Platform
After we’re on the same page with our processes, we’ll start building out your work management software around your unique workflows.
This will build upon the basic training provided in the How to ClickUp or How to SmartSuite mini course while covering items like hierarchy setup, settings, and templates.
Module 3: Equip Your Process
Once we define what we do and have our work management set up, it’s time to make work even easier. To do this, we’ll focus our time on the many forms of equipment like SOPs, automations, and delegation.
We’ll cover how to create these forms of equipment and, just as importantly, how to organize them inside your work management software so systemization becomes a game.
Module 4: Processing the Real World
In this module, your instructor goes undercover and starts working for a new company, ChaosDriven. Using just the topics we’ve talked about in the previous lessons, she has to map, build, and equip her way to a process-driven operation!
Crafted directly from feedback from our previous students, this module is all about taking action. This lesson includes examples for service, product, and productized service business models so no matter what your industry, we got you covered!
Module 5: Resources
Dive into a wealth of additional resources designed to streamline and enhance your experience with ProcessDriven Foundations™. These carefully curated materials are referenced throughout the program to make your implementation smoother and more effective. The Foundations course is a self-paced course, but you can receive personalized help by posting your questions in the lesson’s comments. You’re also given the opportunity to go (way) deeper on any lesson by using the Resources curated for each topic!
