Hi! I’m Layla, founder of ProcessDriven. Since 2018, my team and I have helped over 2,000+ small teams organize business operations.
After a project, clients would ask, “Okay, how do I keep building on this foundation we’ve built?” My default answer was, “Find an operations peer mastermind and keep improving!”
I thought of it like fitness: now that we got you “into shape” you just needed to regularly “work out” your processes to stay in shape.

When exactly are the events and meetups?
Most mastermind and coworking events we plan will be hosted around 12 PM (noon) in Eastern Time. The full calendar of events will be available to you as soon as you join!
Keep in mind: live events are just one resource at your disposal. Most of the community is “asynchronous” in the form of resources, podcast episodes, and a forum so you can tune in whenever its most convenient for you.
How much time will I need to commit?
It’s completely up to you! There are no required calls or coursework in this community.
Membership resources are designed to save you time by connecting you to the people, swipe files, and trusted resources that make your day-to-day ops challenges easier.

We’ve gotten asked this a lot lately. 😅 You’re probably comparing us to programs like:

We’ve intentionally chosen to keep this accessible so we can build a diverse community. We will be raising prices in the future but active members will always lock in their rate.
What about refunds and cancellations?
We do not offer subscriptions for this low-cost membership. However, you can cancel at any time. Though we doubt you’ll want to! 😉
