Audit (Days 0–7) As you review the core philosophy behind the 90-day strategy, we'll conduct an audit of your existing systems.
Tech Setup (Days 7–14) We'll ensure you have a ready-to-use structure for your tasks, SOPs, roles, and team comms. You read that right! We move fast.
Instructions are custom to your team but pre-built templates are provided for Notion, ClickUp, and SmartSuite users to make this a matter of clicks.

TRACK UPDATES & NOTES TRANSPARENTLY
Tasks & Rollout (Days 15–30) Once the pieces are in place, we'll push hard on making "What" "When" and "Who" behind your team operations visual, centralized, and organized.
You'll work through process mapping with your coach and your team will start using this simple task system immediately.
By the end of month 1, your full team will be using the essential structures in your chosen software.

OWN & DOCUMENT ALL RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Management (Days 31–45) Next, we'll move on to capturing the processes in your business in a comprehensive inventory. Expect some brain work (and potential delegation) as we explore the "Why" behind each of your business functions.
Knowledge Capture (Days 46–60) At last, we'll shift our focus to "How" work gets done by capturing standard operating procedures and other resources in a centralized "business library for your team". Again, we'll get your team involved quickly so you're creating this together!

Continous Improvement (Days 60-90) Our final month is dedicated to stress testing the systems while ensuring your system get stronger and stronger in the years to come.
After enrollment, you're matched with a Guided Coach who will design your customized Roadmap throughout the Guided journey.
