I don't use ClickUp or SmartSuite. Can I still enroll in this program?

Our general philosophy is software agnostic. Following our framework, we’ve seen clients implement our principles inside ClickUp, SmartSuite, Notion, Monday, Airtable, Coda, Obsidian — you name it!

However, we currently only offer customized guidance, templates, and trained coaching support specifically for ClickUp and SmartSuite.

How much experience do I need?

You don’t need any experience with processes or software to get started. Before we get into the fancy stuff, we start with the basics (like how to click your way around!).

The lessons are made to be easy to digest and action-oriented…but if you’re ever stuck, post in the community! This isn’t some sort of “passive revenue stream” — Team ProcessDriven is active and ready to help!

How long do I have access?

Enrolling in ProcessDriven Foundations™ is a one-time purchase (not a subscription) that gives you:

We could…but for the reasons Layla outlines in this video, we don’t offer this service because we don’t feel that “done for you” actually works for most small teams.

Instead, all ProcessDriven Members are eligible to book add-on Consult in a Click™ sessions for private guidance from a trained ProcessDriven Coach. These sessions are great for reviewing your Workspace hierarchy, fixing a broken process, or just getting “unstuck” on tricky setups.

We also include unlimited feedback from our expert coaches through a forum and 5+ live calls per month. For many of our members, our high caliber of baseline support eliminates the need for 1-on-1 coaching entirely.

Note: If you’re only in need of 1-on-1 strategy and don’t want to learn how to use the tool yourself, we may not be the best fit. We’re not taking on any custom projects or implementation engagements.

Is this an online course or will I get personal feedback?
